Is this safe for social networks?
We’ve never had a page banned, blocked, or removed from using our service. Social networks will not ban your account for your likes, fans, views, followers, or other public social metrics. If it was this easy to get pages banned, you could buy likes for all of your competitors to get them removed. Social networks realize this too; it would create a huge mess if this were the case. Your pages are safe.
Can I split my order between multiple pages?
We can, but this is a custom order that you’ll need to place by reaching us through our contact form. We provide discounts for bulk orders as well; please reach out to us through our contact page with your goals, and we’ll give you a quote with your discount applied.
Are these likes targeted?
Our standard services are worldwide likes and followers; this means you may receive users from various countries. We try to promote your page to an English speaking audience, but ultimately, we cannot control what kind of people want to like your page with this worldwide audience. The only companies that can offer this are the social networks themselves by running targeted ads.
Are these likes and followers added all at once?
Our campaigns are “drip-fed”; our social media services take some time, and your new following will not appear overnight. Our smaller packages take between 4 and 7 days to complete, and our larger campaigns can take 10-30+ days depending on the size of the campaign. We strive to complete our orders as quickly as possible, generally in a few days or less. If you’d rather your fans come in slowly over time, we recommend signing up for a “Monthly Recurring” campaign. These are drip-fed slowly and naturally every week, and they will come in much more slowly than one-time orders. You will also save 10% on your entire order.
Can I run a Socialmediashops campaign with another third-party campaign simultaneously?
Yes, but proceed with caution. We track our progress by your total number of your likes, and if another campaign of yours is increasing your likes simultaneously, it can cause some confusion. We track our work very carefully, but if some fans were to get filtered or removed, it can turn into a “They did it!” situation, where nobody is at fault. We are not responsible for replacing likes that weren’t built by us as a result of a conflicting third-party campaign. It’s for this reason we recommend pausing your other campaigns before placing an order with us.
Why hasn’t my order started?
Please give us a couple of days to kick off your order, as we do have an order queue, and all pages are manually promoted. We will do our best to complete your order within the estimated delivery time on our website. If it’s been longer than a week and your page has seen zero movement, or if we’ve exceeded our estimated delivery date, please give us a shout through our contact page, and we’ll give you a status update. Most of our orders are completed within a few days or less.
Does Social Media Shops offer any guarantee?
Yes. Nearly all of the fans we help deliver to your page are permanent. If any of our likes or followers disappear, please let us know so that we can determine the cause of the drop-off. In most cases, we will restore them free of charge (this happens with less than 1% of our orders). We over-deliver on all of our packages to counter any natural drop-off. We cannot replace your existing fans; only the ones that we have helped you acquire.
Can I order more than one package?
Yes! You may also run multiple campaigns simultaneously (even of the same package), should you choose to do so.
Does Social Media Shops require my account password?
We don’t require any password or access to your accounts. All of our likes and followers are built with no admin access necessary.
Where can I see the status of my order?
We will send a message to the email address specified during checkout when your service is completed. If you do not see your likes after the specified amount of time on your order, please use our contact page to send us a message.
